My name is Melanie Rydz, I am a Vinyasa Yoga teacher, traveler, piscean, dreamer, nature lover, craft maker, designer, photographer and many, many other things.
I studied Yoga teacher training at school «Yoga Dicha» in Tulum, Mexico, where I obtained the certification of 200 hours of Yoga training from the International academy of Yoga Aliance.
I started teaching in Tulum in 2019 at the Om.collective school and continued in 2020 in Buenos Aires giving private classes.
Today I teach in person and virtual classes, for individuals, groups and companies.
The constant practice of Yoga taught me that we not only work on training and strengthening our temple (physical body) but also on how to bring this wisdom to our day to day to walk through life in harmony, more present and aware of what happens to us internally. Yoga taught me to value the present, thanking the abundance around me, and enjoying the miracle of being alive. In Yoga there is no good or bad, Yoga is for everyone who wants to experience breathing in the present moment opening a space to listen to the inner being.
Through meditation and Pranayamas (breathing exercises), we learn to quiet our minds and release the tensions we carry day by day. Yoga is pure benefit, among them, it helps us balance between work routine and time for ourselves and helps us face the most difficult moments in life with greater clarity.
In my classes, both face-to-face and online, I provide a safe and calm space, opening my heart to connect with my students and guide them on their journey and inner transformation.
I invite you to practice together to learn more about this tool. I would love to accompany you on your inner journey.
«Yoga is a tool that helps us to go through the beautiful and sometimes hard work of being and being present in the here and now in a healthy way»
